This is a complicated answer. The staff including Victor and I believe the owner Sarah were very helpful. However waiting for the telescope that I ordered to be delivered was quite frankly a nightmare. That I put more I celestron than on Woodland Hills camera. I would like to a lot more however if they would have kept my expectations set properly. However if you are looking for a one stop shop to get everything you ever need for telescopes or cameras this is it.

I purchased a telescope online with Woodland Hills back in September. Due to the pandemic, most everything was on back order, and the waiting game ensued. I called regularly to check on order, get mixed messages, and I was considering cancelling my order. That's when I started talking with Daniel. We worked out a solution to the issue with that particular manufacturer, and I could not be more grateful. While I admit I had some expectations in modern times, with the ease of online shopping, but I found that they went above and beyond from the day to day to really deliver a quality setup to me. Once we made a deal, shipping was quick, and I waited to write this review until I had ample time to test my equipment in the field. Well I cannot say that I have watched many of their online reviews for astronomy equipment, Daniel seems to have a grasp of the customers needs once he gets to talk to you. I had a fantastic experience with Curt at Woodland Hills - I had a shipping delay from another company that would have otherwise ruined christmas, but Curt did a physical check to insure inventory of an item before I ordered and got it shipped the same day! The worst service from ANY company that I have ever had. I placed 2 orders. I received the wrong T-Mount and had to return it and still haven't received a credit. And I still don't have my entire order, despite being told that it was being shipped. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the hassle of getting the wrong advice and part and then, not getting everything that you order....buy from ANYONE ELSE.
