I walked in today to talk to someone about both electric and gas fireplaces, it took about 10 minutes for someone to ask us if we need help, during that time i noticed an employee not wearing a mask behind the counter. Eventually when someone asked us if we needed help they interrupted another employee for them to take care of us when he was already working with another customer. While waiting another customer walked in and were helped right away, we waited for another 10 minutes and then left since they obviously didn't want our business.

I bought all of my bbq equipment here and was pleased with the service and price. I came back for a fireplace a couple years later and the staff were friendly and helpful. More than a year later I had some issues with the fireplace. Mike, went above and beyond to help us exchange it for a new one. Great customer service. THANK U MIKE.
