HHS Inc. is a great facility that provides much needed Therapy and Case Management services. The staff here are knowledgeable and creative in their approach to mental health service. I would highly recommend this business.

Hidden for Privacy

Dont' want to discourage people who need help but cannot recommend this place. They were helpful in initiating treatment and arriving at a diagnosis but not for continued care and treatment. Treatment plans lean heavily on medication and inpatient care for patients (who may need it) but are not ready to accept it immediately. Rather than meeting resistance with patience and gentle, continued talk therapy and coaxing they became authoritative and unprofessional, causing a crisis situation to escalate and refused any continued care while also refusing to recommend a referral. Very impatient with challenging cases. Don't help patients to at least feel they have any control over their treatment plans and give up on cases who already have abandonment issues.

This place is not a facility I would recommend to another. The turn over of staff has changed the level of care. The Director only see the point of view of doctors and does not value the patient and family concerns. Trust me this is not a good facility for your love to ones to go.

Spiritual Cipher

Called for appt and they took my sons insurance info and did an intake. Took personal information and promised to call me back for our first appt. This was three months ago. Called them back a few weeks ago and they said they dont know why no one ever called me and promised a supervisor would contact me. Its been over three weeks and nothing. We will be looking elswhere for services. Very dissappointed.
