Tried to book it after I bought the voucher for my daughter over the holidays. Too busy. Called during spring break. No call back. Now it's expired and I am supremely doubtful I will receive a call back.

Never returned multiple calls to book appointment! I did receive a refund from Groupon. Please save yourself the aggravation! Time waster! Update to the proprietors response. Do you really think I would buy the Groupon, and spend about a half an hour on the phone with them getting a refund without trying to book an appointment? Puhleeze! Get your phone thing together! I left at least 5 messages WITH MY NAME AND PHONE NUMBER!
Over sells on Groupon. Impossible to make an appointment with even weeks ahead of time (who wants to or can, plan a massage three months out). Does not return calls. Waste of time and far too much hard work, time and frustration, to try and book what is supposed to be a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
