I have lived here for almost two years. Staff is great, maintenance is on top of it. My only issue is with a draft. I have placed plastic on my balcony, and my two windows but still feel cold air. I can't enjoy sitting in my living room. I believe the walls are not insulated well. The walls are very thin and my floors queaks through out the apartment. I will be leaving once my lease is up. Rent is a great price.

I’ve only been here for 4 months and there is a roach problem in my unit. They have sprayed and sprayed but roaches still coming back. I feel so uncomfortable in my own home without looking over my shoulder wondering if there is a roach or if roaches are crawling on my items while I’m away or sleep at night. This is the only issue I have had with this complex.

I’ve lived here for about 2 yrs now. The leasing office is great, and the price depending on your budget . However the neighbors are noisy . In and outside their apartment. Instead of being on their patio or in their home, my neighbors (downstairs) would smoke and hang out in the front , knowing I’m pregnant and I can’t be near that stuff. They will talk loud outside around 1-3 AM on weekdays, and I’ve complained to them and the office multiple times. Not to mention the thieves in the neighborhood. I’ve experienced theft at least 4 times, and the office did nothing. My car was broken into , no damages, my package was stolen off my doorstep (upstairs) , and my boyfriend’s car was broken into twice. On the second time the thief broke his back window but took nothing but his registered gun. For the cost of living the rent should be lowered.

I enjoyed my tenure at Woodmere Trace, however it is time for it to come to an end. The neighborhood was quiet, I didn't have any problems at all. I want more, I want a dog, however not one that suits me, I do not want a suitcase dog, I want a real dog. this is not why I give them a 3 star review. My first month in the apartment my hot water valve busted and it took a while to get fixed; 6 months later my neighbor above had their line burst in the laundry area above mine and it, once again leaked down all over my carpet. Both times, they dried my carpet but both times, I'll come out of pocket to get it cleaned. On the flip side, I haven't seen Ebony since I moved into the apartment, she was one of the key factors/reasons I accepted the apartment, her attitude was flawless toward me and she answered any question that I had. I also don't ask much of any place that I have ever stayed. Those who have there are ok, and have treated me with respect. If I weren't trying to leave Virginia, have a family, plus a pup, I'd probably would have renewed my lease.

I've been living in this community almost an entire year. I love it!!! Very quiet, The leasing office is very helpful and friendly. Mrs Nancy is AWESOME!! If having maintenance issues with your apartment, They are on it within an hour!! I can say that woodmere Trace apartments has definitely been and feels like home!! I'm surely renewing for year #2!!! Thank you!! Mr Laws
