My laptop screen was on the fritz and found Russ was close to my work. He replaced my touchscreen in a few days (had to order it) and it worked like brand new! The night I brought it home I couldn't connect to the internet. After trying a few fixes myself, I could not figure out why my laptop couldn't detect my internal wireless card. I took it to Russ the next day and he found that my wireless card had gone bad and replaced it for a reasonable price. He even offered to pick it up and drop it off from my work since it was close by! I highly recommend Russ!

Russ took care of my computer breakdown right away, explaining what was wrong and the best may to remedy the problem. He did a fantastic job. My computer is running better than ever thanks to his suggestions. I would recommend him highly.
Russ was the only one to reply with a sensible and accurate answer to my email, and on the same day! I am very impressed with his professionalism and dedication to service. I don’t give many reviews but he sure deserved it.
My computer (Macbook Pro) was acting very slow & Russ worked diligently to fix my computer. He followed up with me (even after I paid in full) to make sure the problem was fixed. He was very kind, knowledgable, assertive & I would absolutely recommend Cutting Edge Design Computer repair! Great Job!
