Highcrest is quiet and peaceful. The office staff and maintenance folks are very easy to contact and will try to help with issues. I really wish the property had an activity/guest center where we could access use for party space, fitness center, pool hall etc. I see maintenance daily picking up trash and fixing things around the property, good job!

Have lived here 3 years. All three years have had problems with management and how they handle things. I don't even know where to start with this place.The landscapers do a hack job around the premises and the maintenance ghetto rigs everything(for example they put a sink knob on my shower handle instead of replacing my shower handle with another one).My whole yard was made up completely of weeds and when it was pulled and I asked to have seed put on it I was told to just do it myself. And dont Even Get Me started on the mold on siding and the bug problem they have around the units. For someone paying 1,500 a month just for rent not including utilities you would think residents would be treated a lot better.

Upon moving in my refrigerator didn’t work. I notified maintenance and he came out and replaced it the same day I moved in, so my food wouldn’t spoil. He was so sweet and even let us borrow his screwdriver to put my furniture together. I’ll have to bake him something when I’m all settled.. Thanks!!!

They rob you by charging 250 for an application fee for a background check that only costs 30-40. The application fee does NOT get applied to your rent and if they don't rent to you then you lose the 250. Very dishonest!!!
