So the price keeps going up.. BUT maintenance is AWESOME. Best maintenance ever. Also neighbors are really super nice and it’s location is really good. I can hop onto Lamar, Mopac, or 360 in like 3 minutes. Also nice little corner store within a block as well as radio. The units themselves are pretty spacious. Feels like a tiny house.

Great place to live. Well maintained places. Plenty of parking. Awesome location. Management was responsive and always happy to help with requests/questions.

Misleading advertising. The elaxing jacuzzi spa\ was removed over a year ago, yet still remains featured on website. Management \upgrades\ with cheapest options available.
