We have had nothing but problems with Amplify Online since we were told a bunch of lies 18 months ago. We have always liked our account manager, but it seems like there was a massive disconnect between the package we were sold and the fulfillment. I just noticed Chad replied to my comment about not working with our company. There's another one of his lies. He probably has multiple negative reviews from several people in a short about of time because he is a horrible person and massive liar. We've been screwed out of at least 10K. Anyway, I'm done with this. I can't take the negativity.

Like many others, I was tricked into working with Amplify Online. It's hard to explain how much damage a silver tongue salesman can inflict. If this outfit comes knocking, I highly recommend running in the opposite direction.

Life in Utah

I had the pleasure of working with Amplify Online recently and had many great experiences so I wanted to share those in this review. First of all they have some very smart and talented team members. Their team is also very good with customer service, they are genuine, friendly, and good communicators. They also work extremely hard. I'm giving a 4 -star review, which is a very good review but i'm leaving off one star because I felt that the team at Amplify was spread too thin. It seemed that most of them were way overloaded with work and as a result the turn around time could sometimes be a bit slow. With that said, I know Amplify Online recently hired more people so hopefully that part will get better. The owner, Chad, has been incredible too. He is very proactive and very fair with the pricing of his services. Whenever I talk with Chad or his team I feel that I'm dealing with experts in the field and that was refreshing and comforting. Thank you Amply for all the hard work and great service!

I used Amplify Online for two years. Frankly a lot of promises were made, but very little was delivered. For the fees I was charged, I expected a lot more than what I ever got. They would send me a monthly report--alot of numbers. I would ask them how that translates into bringing me more business, and never got answers. After about two years, I was the one to call a meeting to ask some pointed questions, which they could not answer The only thing they said is if I would be willing to pay more, then they would "ramp up" everything for me. Yeah, no thanks. When I told them I was done, they got very defensive. One star is all they get. I would not recommend them: expensive and ineffective.

He listened to everything I wanted, worked with me every step of the way, and delivered a very classy, professional website. I couldn't be happier. Start to finish, around 2 and 1/2 weeks.
