Great community to stay. Friendly staff. Love the location near to all grocery stores and restaurants. Maintenance requests are resolved in timely manner. Ms. Samantha and Erica both are outstanding and very kind.

I am a new resident (less than a week) and the front office has been extremely helpful, especially Lisa Smith. She has gone out of her way to make my transition from TX to VA as easy as possible. I am renting a 2BDRM 1 BTHRM and it is completely renovated. New flooring/carpet, new appliances, and new bathroom fixtures. The sqft is around 1,000 but it feels a little small but that could be me adjusting from a house to an apartment. Can't wait to see what the exterior renovations this summer will look like.
