This is the manager of the business without a mask and without any additional protection interacting with customers in one of the cities most hit by the virus! apart from being unprofessional and rude towards a woman he is totally unaware of his acts! What can you expect from his services, the same! poor quality and unprofessionalism. Not to mention that he doesn’t respect any distancing protocol such as the 6 foot space between clients, there were 4 people in an approximate space of 8 square feet! Unbelievable

Worst place I have ever been to print receipts! The first time they made gramatical mistakes that even a 5-year-old kid would have noticed. When trying to make others, I specified the mistakes that should be changed and guess what? THEY MADE THEM AGAIN! I attach the receipts and proof that it was with this company. I asked for a refund of the money before I printed them because the level of ineptitude was too high and the man yelling at me told me that he would not do it! NEVER COME TO WASTE YOUR TIME, they are rude and inept! ——-Response to the owner's comment about my review:———- You say that \the no-return policy is in the email that you sent me along with the draft receipt\ this is illegal anyway since you can't tell a customer after they paid for a service through an email that there is no refund, IT IS BEFORE THE CUSTOMER PAYS that they must know your policies! no way later, THIS PROVES SCAM! The city of New York establishes that the return policies must be displayed in a visible place within the establishment, again, NOT IN AN EMAIL SENT AFTER THE CUSTOMER PAID, once again the ineptitude and ignorance of the processes by the manager business are disappointing.

Went into make photocopies of a lease form. The last line where the witness is supposed to sign got cut off. The store wouldn’t fix it. “It’s ok. You can still use it. It’s the signatures that are important” he said. “No printer can print that”, he said (so what magic machine did the original document was produced from?). When I said, “You could have placed the original document further up”, the staff said “You needed to tell me that and you didn’t, so...” So I am supposed to tell him how the machine works? Waste of money. Goodbye. Will never to return to this place again.
