I love this place. Shoutout to Dr. Kim, I had a cotton ball stuck in my ear, they cleaned and got it out... i’ve never been able to hear better. Pain free! I was so scared but they were so nice and friendly here. Totally recommend! :)

I would not recommend Affiliated EN&T to anyone. My son had tubes put in his ears to drain excess fluid. At a follow up appointment over a year later Dr. Standage stated that one of the tubes had fallen out and the other was floating around in his ear canal. He then stated that he wanted to remove my son's adenoids. When we brought up the fact that my son never has earaches or any other issues and also our concern for having a unnecessary surgery, he was quite rude and dismissive. We brought up the recent research showing that removing the adenoids may have the possibility of causing complications for a child later on in life, he told us that if we didn't let him do the surgery he wasn't going to do anything else to help my son. So we went to another practice for a second opinion. The doctor there was amazing and first wanted to look into allergies that may have led to a build up of fluid. She recommended to give it some time and at a follow up visit she stated that surgery wasn't necessary for my son. I'm so thankful we decided to go somewhere else. Affiliated Ear Nose & Throat only cares about making money. So if you're interested in possibly having an unnecessary surgery for your child, feel free to visit them, they'll appreciate taking your money. And just a heads up, after one visit there as a 7 charge difference based on what my insurance covered. Affiliated EN&T ended up charging us a 18 late fee and then sent it to collections. When a practice acts like a loan shark over 7 you definitely know what kind of practice you're dealing with. I wouldn't recommend this practice to my worst enemy.

I had an appt scheduled and due to a snow related accident (not myself) I was going to be late. I was courteous enough to call to let them know and they were not accommodating at all under the circumstances. I blame myself for choosing a doctor with bankers hours. I blame the doctor for not taking into consideration that sometimes things happen out of our control. To me that is not a welcoming office that I want to do business with.
