We were so heartbroken with the loss of our pet but Alabama Pet Cremation took such good care of my little pup and every single detail was just perfect. We got a paw print, a lock of his hair and a little necklace with his ashes. Thank you for taking good care of my little buddy!

Having to go through the loss of a pet is horrible. Me and my family are thankful for the Hall family as they helped us through this journey. They were nothing but professional and empathetic. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone who loses a pet. #RipLulo
I am absolutely disgusted at the way everything happened with this place. After we arrived we where basically told to put his body on the table. No condolences no sympathy!!! I did the paper work, he got my card info and he walked out the room with not one more word. Me and my boyfriend and his son said our goodbyes and we left. I called them today just to get an estimated time and I was told SHE would be ready in a couple hours. SHE IS NOT A SHE!!!!! When the owners daughter called me to tell me to come pick up Ryder. She did not even use a name or gender she called my dog an IT!!!! The paw print that is \included\ was twice the size of my dogs. The hair he clipped still had his blood in it. I would NEVER go back here. Best friends in Jackson, MS is hands down 10000% better! Would say to make that extra couple hour drive for peace of mind. Thank you Alabama Pet Cremation for making this even harder than it already is!!
My girlfriends dog past this past weekend. The experience that she had was horrible. Starting out with when we went up there to pay for it done he basically just wanted money and paperwork done then walked of without saying anything. No sentimental energy, words, nothing. Then we went to pick him up and take him home and the hair they cut for something else to remember him by has blood still on it. They didnt clean it at all. I'm sorry but if your going to run a pet cremation business you should take more pride in your work and have respect for people that lost their pet. That animal meant as much to them as a family member. Worst of all before we went to bring him home the lady called and said ITS READY FOR pick up. Like he was our prescription or something. BAD BUSINESS
We lost our little pup of 12 years. Heartbroken we had tossed back and forth what to do. Burial or cremation and chose to use Alabama pet cremation. I can’t express my gratitude to them. They were simply AMAZING! Caring, compassionate, and handled our pup with dignity. If you are on the fence about how to handle the loss of your pup I would say come give them a chance you WILL NOT REGRET IT. It was very easy and affordable with a very nice well put together presentation.
