Front desk people were okay. I found one a little rude. Nurse took me back and she was nice. They told me the insurance didn’t go through. Little confused why they took me back there then but oh well. Tried again. Another lady came in saying the system was down and the doctor visit is happening and I will be responsible for the bill no matter what goes on and she immediately turned and left. The visit didn’t feel nice but I understood I will pay. Doctor was nice. Another lady came in to do some tests. They told me what I had and I had to stop taking another medication for the infections I was having. I was having severe chest pain and throat pain. As soon as he told me what I had he opened the door and walked me to leave through the back door. I got 2 questions out and was rushed out. And he told me to write a review which I am. I still have questions that I didn’t get to ask. Aside from a couple nice people it was overall an unpleasant experience. I have to go to work now because I can’t keep calling out still having the chest pain and throat pain especially since one of the questions I asked is when do I go back to work? He said “as soon as I feel better” out the door I went and soon working today in pain. Wish he would have given me a note to last me at least a few days of being sick but I’m gonna have to work this week in pain. Good luck me to I guess.

Had to get covid tested at this location the other day. My visit here through the process of getting tested and speaking to the medical professionals such as the doctor and medical assistant were great help. When it got to the woman at the front desk, it was a completely different story. The woman was rude as I had issues with the tablet to fill out telling me she didn't know what to do to fill it out because she has never used it. Then the other issue I had was once I received my results for rapid testing, i feel it was the wrong result. Once I got the papers to leave during the visit I noticed it didn't say anything about staying out of work, hence two days later I feel rough still. Nothing at all was prescribed any medication or even recommended anything to take over the counter. Further speaking once I got into the truck I realized I needed a work note (didn't even ask if I needed one.) and the woman was trying to tell me to go back to work that same day or the day after. The doctor had placed an order for me to stay out of work for a few days to quarantine myself in case I got worse or anything else. Once I told her that, she looked at me and said \huh?\ And she preceded to say I can return you to work today. Without even asking me when to return to work as I'm still sick as a dog. The visit was not as good as I expected. Have been here before and it has gotten worse. They need some changing and some evaluations to do. We sick people come here to get help not to be rude towards us. Not a good visit overall. If looking for quality customer care this place isn't it. To me this place was a total sell out.

BEWARE THE SCAM!! I was fine with the nurse and physician but I also found the front desk to be rude. My main issue is with the scam they are running. They will tell you that as long as you are symptomatic the test is covered 100% by insurance. That is a lie. I received an invoice from them for 135. Unlike other doctor's offices, this one (conveniently) requires you to provide a credit card at the time of check in. Why you ask? So they can auto bill you the 135 :) I contacted them and stated I revoked all authorizations to charge my card. I spoke with a \supervisor\ there who stated he agreed that my claim was submitted incorrectly and stated he would resubmit so that it would be covered 100%, and assured me REPEATEDLY that the matter would be resolved. He gave me his direct contact. Now, I cannot get in touch with anyone at AFC. The direct line goes to a voicemail that is (conveniently) full and unable to accept messages. I have emailed and called multiple times with no follow up. Now I am disputing the charge with my bank. I guarantee you I will get the same boiler plate response to this review, but I wanted other's to be aware that AFC is trying to scam as many people as they can.

Dr. John was super friendly and informative. Very high energy. The assistants were friendly and efficient. *Edit: My opinion of Dr. John and his assistants has not changed, however, do beware of one of the front desk ladies. She is quite aggressively rude when answering questions. The other front desk ladies have been professional, and SHE could stand to imitate their customer service skills.

I went to get tested this morning for COVID. I was prepared for a very long unpleasant visit. I was in and out within 40 minutes along with my results. Dr. John was extremely courteous and helpful. I highly recommend him.
