The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I came in with a few challenges related to older fossil watches and they met the challenge head on. I was able to have batteries changed in watches I hadn't worn in years and even exchange a 10 plus year old watch out toward the purchase of a new one. Thank you Hunter and the young lady that worked with you.

Great selection of watches, jewelry, and bags. There's frequently some kind of deal going on so be sure to speak with the worker first thing to get the extra information. Overall a fantastic store with even better deals on quality items.
The lovely saleswoman, Brittany, opened the store and was flooded with approximately 10 or so people waiting outside the door. She politely and methodically addressed everyone's questions and was able to stay unflustered. What a great show of patience when many retail workers are under a ton of pressure. Good job Brittany!
Never had a bad experience here we have purchased several watches and every time the staff has been beyond helpful.
Love this location! Busted my hybrid watch recently and they offered me 50% off a newer one if I surrendered it. We don't live anywhere close but we usually make a stop in when we are around town to see what they have. Most if not all of the employees are always helpful and the manager Anna is the best.
