This was the worst urgent care visit I’ve ever had. After waiting an hour to be seen (no one else in the waiting room), I was finally X-rayed. I was then informed that the X-ray machine didn’t work. No apologies. No sympathy. No one showed me out. I had to figure out how to exit.

Every staff member, from the receptionist to the physicians, are kind, patient, and caring. I have been very pleased with my care and their precautions. I was listened to and they did not appear to be “afraid” of my symptoms as my own primary has been. Highly recommend.
If they could do their jobs correctly it would have saved me over 1200 in ER fees and 7 hrs sitting with everyone that has covid when I was healthy. Yesterday I came in for one of my tonsils being swollen. I was told after one quick look that it was abcessed and I needed to get to the ER now. 7 hrs later in the ER waiting room and two doctors confirmed it was just swollen on one side from an abrasion or virus and it would go down soon on it's own. No treatment other than some pain meds needed. So save yourself the money and risk to your health and go anywhere else. Cvs minute clinic In hickory flat would have been able to tell what was wrong better than this place. Saved me time and money but because of the holidays and waits i needed to go where i could schedule an appointment.
Very helpful and compassionate staff went in with ear bleeding and pain and they comforted my soul and got me some medicine so thankful!!!
Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone what a joke the doctor nor nurses were friendly at all told me I had sprain after waiting 2 hours did nothing for the pain will not even send my worst enemy there
