This is definitely a one star gym when it comes to payment. I have freezed my membership Back in March for 2 months. And my card was on autopay what I assumed was they will take it off of my account automatically. Without even sending me any notice call, email, or letters after 6 month they have send my bill to collector and now I have to pay triple the amount. The manager was super nice when I explain the situation but It seems like the general manager is the one who decide not to letting people know about their bill. This is so unfair. So disappointed. Definitely not going back to this gym. And I’ll let my friends and family know. If you will be member make sure to keep on eye on your account. Cause they will do anything to take advantage.
