They never answer the phone and occasionally call back IF you get to leave a voicemail instead of loop through the menu! Hate dealing with this place!
Sent my benefits to wrong address then told me to call to replace card didn't provide correct information to communicate my case. Was told they would send info to correct addresses haunt got it can't prove it n nower re
There very fast and helpful. Paper work they request always get into the system quickly . You have to go in there with a plan . You can’t just go in there and complain because then they look at you like your crazy. Don’t go in the office unless they request a form of some sort . You have to understand these things . Don’t go in there because your mad . You’ll just leave madder .
I am very greatful i was able to speak to someone who use to teach special ED. Because i was able to fully understand things. She also was very nice :)
