Very interesting store but the man that was working was not friendly at all! He didn’t even speak when we came in or offer to help with anything!

MAKE SURE TO GET A RECIEPT !!!! My wife and I were pleasantly surprised to find nice quality turquoise jewelry at Seven Arrows and were even more impressed with the friendly owners. Spoke with them probably 30 min or so. 2 weeks after purchasing a ring and earrings, my wife noticed that a piece of turquoise had fallen out of her ring. We had paid cash, and did not get a receipt.... Our fault for not getting one... I thought, they were so nice, they would remember me from 2 weeks ago, considering our long visit. So, I stopped by the store and asked if the ring could be repaired or replaced. They did not have any more of this particular ring, and would not do ANYTHING for us without a receipt. They told me they could recommend someone to send it to for repairs, at our expense.. Trying to find a solution, I found another similar ring and asked if I could just get the similar ring, and pay any difference in cost. She stated that she would not do it without my receipt... Again.... I offered to pay the difference in cost !!!! She said she did not know what the value of the ring was that she had sold us and would not make any \deal\ unless I provided a reciept. They could of had a customer \for life\, as my wife is always looking for this type of jewelry for birthday and Christmas presents for her sister and friends... But not losing a few dollars on a Defective ring was more important to them...
