Saturday 8/8/20. My daughter was in the middle of a lesson proceeding to canter over a vertical when excessive shouting erupted from the barn. The owner Brittany Wyatt was the source of the yelling. My daughter could have been seriously injured had she not maintained her composure. When asked to speak about the incident she didn’t nor would she apologize. I messaged her and said I’d like for a refund for the two lessons she has yet to have. I then received a message from my daughters trainer saying the owner would refund the money but we could no longer come there. All I wanted was a conversation and couldn’t get it until I told her it was childish. She told me I sent her a nasty message and didn’t allow that at her business. My message contained zero threatening remarks or profanity. The nastiest came from the owner during the middle of my daughter’s lesson. I’ve saved all messages as proof. Everybody I consider wonderful people with the exception of Brittany Wyatt. Rude, standoffish, unapologetic, unwillingness to except responsibility and unwillingness to even sit down and talk. That’s what you’ll be getting from her.

Brittany is an amazing trainer. Her attitude and skill level can take any rider to the next level. She takes amazing care of her horses and boarders. Drama free barn! All are welcome, and between her and Chelsea, any level rider will have a welcome place in the lesson program. No pressure, no drama, all love for the horses and students!
Had my 6 year old daughter’s first riding lesson yesterday here & I could not be more pleased! I’ve been researching heavily because I honestly had no clue what to expect. I spoke with several stables in Dallas, Acworth, and Woodstock and found The stables @ Towne Lake were easiest to work with. Chelsea was her coach & seems to have the perfect personality for working with children, my daughter was so excited she couldn’t stop talking & asking questions & Chelsea was VERY patient & caring. I completely trusted her with my kid.
I went for my first lesson at Towne Lake and it was great! The horse I rode was very well trained and friendly. Even though it was technically an evaluation I still learned something new. I rode for a full hour and I enjoyed myself the whole time. The facilities here are beautiful and the trainer is very friendly and professional. Everyone here is also just as nice.
