Better off at a carmuse facility, usually have to spend 2 hrs to load and if your lucky to get a response from loadout. Platforms are worthless, the engineers designed a pulley system that fails every other day and them platforms weight a couple hundred pounds. Plant has equipment failure or some kind of issues that causes a waiting game and they sure take their sweet time during shift change. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PLACE

This place sucks. I always go to a Carmuese facility if i can. Stayed away from here for 5 years finally got a load from here and it took over 3 hours and they weren’t even busy.
Always broke down, takes forever to get loaded, they run trucks around you that are more important to them.
