I’d like to share my experience with future customers about the management of this apartment. The water heater of our upstairs apartment leaked and maintenance used 2 fans in our unit to make the wet ceiling dry which worked 4 days 24hrs. Maintenance was supposed to provide power for fans on their own, but they plugged into our apartment. After many back-and-forth emails with the assistant and office manager on reimbursing the extra energy fee for that 4 days, they didn’t approve reimbursement! Why? Because they see everything on money and forgot residences are their customers! For me, that extra fee was nothing but with that kind of behavior they lost a residence! I finally moved out and got relieved from that unprofessional management!

my car was stolen from the closed garage. During the stealing on the 3rd floor, they did not even give the camera footage to the police. If something happens to you, do not expect help from the administration. answer; yes it is true that you support but you support thieves. Why didn't you give the camera footage of the stealing to the police? who cooperate. we will see you soon. You will all give an account for what you have done.

Great location, amenities are quite good, staff is very helpful and friendly. I’ve been living here for 6months and so far so good. Perhaps my favorite part is that it’s extremely dog friendly, it has a decent gym, and very decent tennis courts. The only aspect of living here that’s perhaps suboptimal is the parking lot. When it rains it gets quite wet all around and messy. But all in all, not such a big deal, it’s a great place to live in

Worst place to live if you are concerned for safety of your family and belonging. Look at photos. Every other week there are thefts happening but management has a simple suggestion to call 911. Everyone knows that. But question is what they are payed for and can can't they hire a security officer for night? You can imagine how frustrated residents are. This community looks peaceful but is not safe. I hope my experience helps others to make informed choices when selecting this community as home.
