Worst place to live hands down. We had so many issues with our heat and ac breaking. We had them break in excess of 8 times. We asked that the repair man wasn’t in our home unsupervised and they let him in. We have photo evidence of the guy going through our personal belongings. God forbid your lawn mower breaks they’ll be on you quick to post a notice to cut your grass or they’ll charge you if they do it. I had a car break down and while I understand park rules and regulations we were threatened with getting the car towed if we didn’t move it. Luckily we found somewhere to move it to considering we still owe on said vehicle and we asked very nicely if we could come to an agreement about keeping the vehicle at our only place of residence. Jeremy Mitchell said to remove it immediately or it’ll be towed. Didn’t even acknowledge our request to at least speak about it. Soon after we were served with notice to terminate tenancy. We literally had no reason to be kicked out. When we asked Jeremy about why he literally said “we’re not going to get into that”. We always paid rent on time and we never gave them issues other than when our heat and ac broke multiple times. We just wanted it fixed the first time and in a timely manner. Which by law they have to. Jeremy Mitchell is arrogant and full of himself. I recommend you do not try to live in Melrose village. Management is a sorry excuse for a management company and god forbid you ask if you Can have an exception for your broke down car you still owe money on they’ll just kick you out.

They have updated the park. Paved streets, new playground equipment. Staff threw a Christmas party and event for the residents. The staff is friendly and eager to help. Maintenance staff are concerned about each resident. I got another home in the park and love it. My dad works for the park. And he doesn't think is a cop he just tries to make everyone including his family obey the parks rules so its a safe and fun park to live in. If u obey them then you won't know he is there. I bought three houses from the park now and I love it here. My dad and I get mixed up all the time.

I dislike having to post a 2 stars. However, a decent renter is not appreciated. Of course management will do what they can to "make me pay" for an honest rating. Isn't that what reviews are all about?? I also must agree that a maintenance man makes some perceive that he believes he is a "park cop". It is not very private to have these guys watching your every move and going to your neighbor's asking about you. I mean, who does that?? Also, what maintenance guy goes patrolling the park all day?? Stopping people to tell them they are breaking rules? That is a tiny bit. Moving on and HAPPY!! I should add that the review from Frank, happens to be the maintenance guy!! Hmmm???!!!!!

We've lived here for the past year, it's a pleasant quiet place to live. We rent and the rent is really affordable. My wife and I are on a fixed income and the rent fits our budget.

The new trailers are nice but crazy expensive. They lure you in saying 600 a month but that doesn't include lot really wh8ch is an additional 315 a month. Plus they have a ton of ridiculous rules, and the maintenance men think they are cops, and they will watch every move you make.
