Great service, great staff, free tire rotation and tire repair if you buy tires from them. They are great to work with. What's not to like? The only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is there have been a few goofs in the past but nothing serious and nothing they haven't happily corrected.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND APPRECIATION. I will definitely recommend them to everyone. They work with you and know what they're doing. They take great care of everyone that walks through the door with a smile on their face. Even better, they dont play with your wallet like most car places, if they tell you there's a problem, its an actual problem, they're not in it for the money. I have given business to many car and tire shops of Wooster, and I have always left with frustration, I will honestly say I will now never go elsewhere.
