I was recently in an accident and called American Towing to tow my car to the body shop. The dispatcher was kind and professional, making sure I was okay and covered all my needs. The truck arrived quickly, and the driver was excellent. He took care of my damaged car with care and was friendly during the process. I will definitely be using American Towing in the future!
I called them up to tow my car since my car could not get up a hill. They came promptly and placed my car back into my driveway. Had a great experience using them for towing.
My car was stuck for 2 days inside of my work parking garage and thank God for these guys as they came to my rescue after two tow company refused to get the job done. Was in an accident with a BIG beaver at night in Sutton, yes you read that correctly a beaver. My insurance couldn't find anyone so I had to look myself, luckily they answered and gave a decent quote. Considering it would be a 60 mile tow the price was decent. Then only downside was at the time they wanted cash (which a few hundred dollars I don't carry on me) upside my insurance was able to get them to take credit/debit with an extra 10 charge. The driver was extremely nice and polite making the ride back home comforting considering the pain of my frontend being trashed with a radiator leak.
