Like many I purchased tickets prior to Covid. DCU is the only venue that’s not allowing refunds, they rather hold onto your while events are in limbo over the next year or more. I understand covid is changing our world however I find it disturbing DCU won’t allow refunds. Stop hiding behind the excuse “it’s not us who won’t allow the return” but it is you. Do what’s right and allow returns.

Went to see Trans-Siberian Orchestra this past weekend... Well lighted outside, lines were long but moved through very quickly. All staff encountered were very pleasant. Concert was excellent.
Great venue for hockey games. We've gone to a lot of games here and have yet to have bad seats. Staff here at the DCU Center us very helpful and friendly. If anything, I wish there was a bit more variety for food options at events. Can't wait to go back and see the Railers again!

I went to NACA house convention because there was none in local Boston area with my so Amir. I signed up to take class but I went to accompanied my son. When I was there my son had tickets from a friend of his at duck next door so I went to watch his friend team play semi pro football which was nice and my first time watching this game.
