Scientists have said that there is a natural attraction to symmetry. I'll buy that. Taking a slightly different take on it, the choice to use Worcester Dermatology Associates is no exception. The symmetry is all there. The professionalism and competence of the senior medical staff is truly equalled by the administrative operation. Scheduling, intake and follow-up are Top Notch. I have been a patient here for years. Dr Kates always listens to my concerns and gives thoughtful advice. I have seen him for general dermatology and cosmetic and have nothing but great things to say. So much that now my mother and sister drive from out of town to come here!

I had heard Dr. Kates could be cold and not very clear on how the process of things work. That was a very accurate statement. I have called the office 3 times to get a refill and no one has called me back or called in the prescription.
