Bigger is not better folks, I hired this big company to give me the service I need to keep my business in compliance and open. Yesterday after performing thousands of dollars in upgrades to fire panels and ansul systems they failed the inspection and my business is closed until O'Connell gets their act together. Unprofessional, disjointed service, Too Many Chiefs and No Indians! I would think the fire protection company would test their work BEFORE they have the Fire Captain come down for testing! Not at O'Connell nobody checks anything! Unhappy Customer!
