My girlfriend went here for imaging for kidney stones and they gave her attitude for no reason while trying to set an appointment they said they would call her back the day she talked to them and we haven't heard back in 2 business days. My girlfriend and I were fed up with this place and are trying to switch urologists, and they said they don't have the equipment to burn a CD with her scans on it... ridiculous!

The staff was extremely pleasant, and very helpful. Dr. Wollin is super caring, and very nice. Really helped me feel more comfortable, and had answers for all of my questions. All in all great office, and a very nice experience! I highly suggest going here if you need a good urological Doc.

0 stars, Dr. Wollin was nice but the staff there is rude. make sure you’re in your network. My doctor referred me to Worcester Urological, an the staff at Worcester Urological insisted I was in the Network an not to worry about it. I even said I’ll re-schedule an double check an they said no they’ll take care of it and proceeded to take my 60 co-pay. Then waited over an hour to be taken in. Looked like everyone or most people went to lunch. Weeks later my surgical procedure was cancelled due to not being in network an they billed me in full for the original consultation. And they were rude on the phone when I called regarding the bill I received. They won’t be getting anything from me. I chose another Urologist office at St. Vincent’s. Friendly staff an doctors. I suggest you do the same.

Dr. Wollin and staff are the most caring medical professionals I have encountered in 59 years. I had a terrible experience with a urologist (in Worcester) and was desperate to find one who listened and understood my needs. One call to Worcester Urological Associates was all it took. Kristen listened to my tale of woe and made me an appointment right away and within a matter of only weeks my problem was taken care of! I would still be waiting to just SEE the other \doctor\! Dr. Wollin has a compassionate attitude that makes you feel like family, and his staff are just as kind. His many years of experience are reassuring; he knows what he is doing! He is a magic man! If you want the best of care, try this office. You will NOT be disappointed. Mark Stellato

Staff unprofessional and rude. Doctors inept. Went for pain and blood in urine, was told “severe urethritis” due to aging no treatment possible no follow up just live with it. Immediately went to a new Urologist was told problem has nothing to do with aging. Still running tests but getting meds for pain and treatment. Worcester Urology just did a painful Cystoscopy, billed my insurance company the max, and kicked me to the curb.
