We were there in our Pilatus on 9/1/2017. The ground crew broke the turn limit on the nose wheel while towing the plane. Spoke with Donny and they said they would make it right. Sent three emails all no reply back. Total cost was 603.75 for part and labor to repair. I have all emails in inbox we sent Donny if someone else at World Jet would like to look into it. Wish World Jet would have taken the opportunity do the right thing.
