We got a great deal on a beautiful certified 2017 outback from JP. He gave me all of the info that I needed, let me take a few cars out for the day while my trade was appraised. JP is a laid back family guy and was very easy to work with! We returned later that evening and he gave us the financing info. No pressure, no hassle, no sales tactics. Just a great car buying experience! Highly recommend JP at World Subaru if you're in the market for a vehicle!

Overall, everyone was nice. We got a good deal on a 2020 Subaru ascent touring, however, don’t expect your vehicle to be cleaned well. Attached are two photos to show how most of the car looks. The dashboard upright has gunk on it and even after telling them twice (when we bought it and when we had to go back two weeks later to get the radio and mirrors repaired— things we knew had to get these replaced)... nothing happened and it looks terrible. Then the whole rest of the car looks like the cleaning solution spilled but was not cleaned up. UPDATE 2/10/2021: I was never actually contacted to get my 2021 re-detailed. And now unfortunately, ever since they repaired the radio the two USB plugs in the front do not work and therefore I can’t use them or CarPlay. When we reached out again about this (a week delayed as I wanted to make sure it wasn’t just my charging cord) they said we can just go anywhere to get it fixed at this point. I would absolutely return to World Subaru and make them fix what they broke and have my car cleaned correctly, however, it’s over 2 hour drive so we will probably just end up going somewhere closer to us that will hopefully do it right the first time. I love the car but the experience really has been trying.

I had a great experience at World Subaru. They really made the intimidating process of buying a car so so easy and comfortable. They are honest, straightforward, and kind. If you go there ask for George and Tara, they both took great care of me. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

It was a very straight forward and pleasant experience buying the Subaru. I asked to test drive some cars, he provided them to me, then gave me the cost of everything straight up without any hassle.
