Worth It is definitely NOT Worth it! Received a phone call back today from Linda regarding a property she has listed. My husbands company is relocating us to Cape Coral/Fort Myers. We are looking for a 2 year lease until our son graduates then my husband will be headquartered in Sarasota, so decided to rent for those 2 years. She was extremely rude, over talking me when I was explaining our situation and very condescending. She has never met either one of us and certainly does not know our situation. We could buy that rental right out from her 3x over. My husband is a corporate Vice President with a very stable company for over 10 years and she acted like he was a bum that might not even have a job due to the industry he is in and the current pandemic. When I tried to explain his role, she told me she had other things to attend to and didn’t want to hash this out right now. Will never give her one cent of our money and will make sure how she spoke to us gets through the Cape Coral community.

Linda was so professional from day 1!!! I rent for 2.5 years. Anytime something needed fixed they were right out, no questions. Always personal and willing to go the extra mile. Definitely would rent from her again. THANK YOU LINDA!
