Very happy with this company. They scheduled me within a few days of my call, arrived on time, very friendly and personable. I have new carpet and it had stains that wouldn't come out. This was a last ditch effort before calling the installer about the warranty. American Chem-Dry got the stains out and saved me the hassle of having the carpet replaced.

I was very impressed with Chem-Dry., Bob was professional,Punctual.personable, and respectful. The service of cleaning my chair,loveseat and couch was fantastic it looks new again My wife asked about if they do mattresses and he said sure he can. No problem and the same time! I didn’t have to reschedule because it wasn’t planned or anything. We also added a sanitizing,. so they will be happy to hear he was good to upsell product! I didn’t mind. Everything came out great and will use and recommend to everyone I felt pricing was also acceptable.
Bobby did a great job deep cleaning all of our bedroom carpets. He was punctual and professional. Appreciate the time he took to take out stains in areas that needed some extra effort!
I called Chem Dry to clean carpeting in three bedrooms prior to our moving into a new home. Customer service was friendly and professional and I was able to set up an appointment for just two days later. Service was on time, professional, and very quick. Was so pleased with the end result!
I use American Chem-Dry annually to deep clean the rugs and upholstery. From scheduling to day-of, the communication is excellent, friendly accommodating and the service is excellent. My old rugs feel new again...until the next toddler spill or dog disaster! See you guys next year!
