I called and left Dr. Ryan Miller 4 messages over a weeks time. 2 1/2 weeks later, he has still not responded. I spoke with the office manager Lauren when I went in for a follow appt (which should have been done virtually) who I asked to speak to when they scheduled me a follow appt with Dr. Miller and of course, he wasn’t there. She acknowledged the ongoing issues with their office not returning patient phone calls and swore it was an issue she was addressing personally. I have left her two messages and it’s been 12 days and still no reply. I ended up having to go to the ER as my reason for going to Dr. Miller was determined to be serious. I would NOT recommend anyone, ANYONE go to this practice. Patient care and follow up are not anything they are concerned with. In fact, when I sent MyChart messages to get refills of the 3 prescriptions given to me, I got a reply back stating “which one works the best, we will refill that one.” I have no clue which one works the best as I was taking all 3 at the same time as prescribed. When I replied stating that and asking for info, I got no response other than my pharmacy informing me that I had one prescription to pick up. I wish the review had an option for 0 starts as WVU Spring Mills office has not earned the one star rating I had to give them. Now, they have failed to complete paperwork that was provided by my employer to protect my job while on medical leave. The paperwork was just turned in today after I left messages and called. Note, the deadline has since past.

Staff blamed me for their continuous negligence and inability to listen. Had to call a higher up at another branch to get anyone to help me. Ended up having severe medication withdraw due to the doctor and staff messing up my prescription then refusing to fix it until an outsider helped me. I was so grateful to the outside official I was in tears thanking her. It is horrible to unnecessarily suffer from illness and hurts even worse to be blamed and ignored.

Great facility. They're adding more services all of the time... I can get labs, a mammogram and other radiology services and see several different specialists all in the same building

Fantastic pediatric office. Wonderful staff. I can always get a timely appointment, and we love our pediatrician, Dr. Mandy Mills.

Seen in a timely manner. Ladies and men of the office are courteous. Wait times are minimum. Great office and great doctors for the whole family.
