The service here is excellent. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They operate quickly and efficiently while also working to carefully help their patients. They have access to X-rays and lab services in house. The staff is courteous and helpful. I would recommend this as a place to come when needing urgent medical assistance.

I saw the nurses at Ruby employee health and they told me to go to see Dr. at urgent care for my concern. So I reluctantly went. Needless to say I got as much satisfaction as I did from Ruby employee health. They just threw me a prescription and told me to go see a ENT Dr. at Ruby. If this isn't a money making scam I don't know what is. This is the health providers I have with my insurance. What a joke.

Someone ver close to me was having chest pain and we went there. We spent more than an hour doing EKG and all other stuff. they asked bunch of questions but at the end PA wasn't sure what was wrong. Dr. didn't care to even show up. They might charge us 1000 but it was waste. Very bad service!

This is the worst urgent care in the Morgantown area. You are way better off playing the odds waiting in the hospital waiting room. I showed up an hour after they opened and was seen for a potential infection. My blood and urine samples were taken, respectively. Before I left, I was assured by both an RN and “doctor” that I was to be notified about lab results via phone in 3 days or less. It’s now the 14 day mark. Still, no call or MyChart results posted. My lab results are crucial in determining wether or not I may continue to live a normal lifestyle. However, that is not of importance to the rude reception, nurses and doctors aboard WVU Urgent Care.

My sister stopped in the office to check to see if they were open for Covid testing. I had drove to UHC and the drive though was closed until 10:00 am. I had no idea what time they closed. I was to have a procedure done on Thursday and need it done today or tomorrow... the lady was rude and told her they couldn’t help and she could google the place on her own. She didn’t have numbers for the other facilities... I think these people in there position should know names and numbers of other places. Sad that people can’t do there JOB or be kind to others

Typically when you go to a quick/urgent care the MD's are trying to get people in and out as fast as possible and I don't blame them. It's literally part of the job. However when I went yesterday presenting with overwhelming back pain and other symptoms, I was treated SO WELL. I saw quite a few practitioners so I unfortunately cannot remember exact names, however some of the kind things I experienced were the folks who did my IV being extremely patient with me as I advised I am petrified of medical needles. Also one of my doctors brought me their personal cell charger to use as my phone was almost dead and I needed to be able to keep my parents updated. Overall they actually listened to me, which is something some practitioners do not do well. Kudos to all of you! I appreciate you so much! :)

Registration staff and nurses were polite and pleasant. The nurse asked me if I needed anything when she left the room, which was nice. Dr. Robert Bowers was thorough, polite, and provided appropriate treatment. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd go back.
