I think they are not professional because they did wrong diagnostic,I have problems that coolant lose two gallons a week but they diagnostic different problems.on the way my truck stop because of coolant empty,I towed my truck and paid 1200 but penn power group find the same problems which I had fixed in ww William.I am not a billionaire. So my respected trucker thinks before take truck to ww Williams.see below I have some pictures

Great business and very professional. They understood the situation I was in (money) and did their best to help me out and get back on the road. They were very upfront and straight forward with everything I asked them which is very hard to find nowadays. Would recommend to anyone vs going to the freightliner dealership in Columbus. And what's better about WW Williams vs the dealership is that WW Williams has places to park your trailer whereas the dealership doesn't which means your drop your trailer in the road and if someone either runs off with your trailer or if it gets towed you are responsible not the dealership. So definitely a peace of mind coming here
Horrendous!! Truck went in shop for maintenance came out ran 900 mils never to run again and known one is accountable or has answers to what happened. Just bring it back and we will fix it for another 20thousand dollars‼️ What happened to stand behind your work.
