When my husband mentioned one of the the speakers on my phone had stopped working directly after a recent screen replacement, this person came UNGLUED and began ranting about how he hates working on HTC phones, he should have refused the job, he will never recover his money etc. He refunded the money instead of fixing it and refused to replace the screen on my husbands phone. Maybe he was just having a bad day but very unprofessional and not emotionally equipped to handle himself during stressful situations. Unless I am willing to forever talk on speaker phone and have my conversations overheard, I have to replace my phone. If you have an HTC, don't take it here.
