He’s easy to work with and doesn’t try to rush or push a purchase. We ended up getting a 2021 Subaru Ascent and we love it. In fact, we enjoyed working with James so much that we also bought a second brand new car the next day.

Long story short; we had a falling out with the Subaru dealership nearest me so we found the car we were looking for online at Wyatt Johnson. The sales manager called me and I told him what I wanted, what I had to trade, and where I want to be as far as finances were concerned. He beat the other dealships offer and gave a higher trade value with out even seeing the vehicle. I told him I was on my way and was in and out relatively quickly; they even gave us more for the trade after seeing the vehicle. After leaving, we were set up with a local Subaru representative to go through any questions we might have or have in the future (can’t remember the name of the service). She was extremely knowledgeable, kind and answered all our questions. Finally, out of the blue, we received a tin of cookies from the dealership; not a big deal but it’s the little things that count. Even though there are a plethora of dealerships between us and Wyatt Johnson, I will go out of my way to purchase from them because they provided value with their excellent quality service.
