I contacted this facility when trying to confirm what type of hospital they were. My stepfathers oxygen was 83. He is 74 with Covid 19. She not only interrupted us and said they were emergency care only and to go to another hospital because they’d only give him breathing treatments and stabilize him and send him home. I was stunned by her attitude and lack of concern as a person in the medical field. My family member who is a retired Doctor who ran the Trauma Unit at Davis Medical Center told him to go and be seen. I’m disgruntled over the fact she turned us away and told us she had to go (hang up) again interrupting an elderly man that is straining to ask a question. At no point will I take a dog to a Baylor Scott and White facility again. I’ve contacted guest relations and am awaiting a call back. Baylor what best when Scott and White were not in the name.

This establishment is nice and clean and very convenient to my house. I also had a great experience here. I took my daughter who was having lots of stomach pain on Saturday night. Now granted we were there around mid-night, we were in the door within 3 minutes of our arrival. And we were out in just under an hour. The main reason it took long was waiting on the results of her urine test and also the CT scan. So this facility is well equipped with modern technology. I've been to another ER center where this was not the case. The staff, nurse and Doctor onsite were all very friendly and explained everything to my daughter and I. The receptionist also answered all the questions I had. The ones she was unable to answer she said to check back. I will do an update of the price a little later.

If I could put 0 star I would. There was no sense of urgency. I understand if the facility lacks staff but to simply dismiss pt with out assurance that they’ll be in good hands that is not valid especially when the pt is not stable. Brought my mom as she was experiencing hypertensive crisis. Took two hours to admit her and no one bothered to check her status while we wait. I went back home and brought my own bp monitor and pulse reader to keep an eye on her vitals. I alerted the front desk that her bp only went higher and continues to do so and systolic was at 210 when I alerted her. all she said back was that there’s a pt in line and so we have to wait. I wasn’t demanding care I was simply stating my concern to see if I should put an act on it. If dr needs to be notified or what not. I also asked a wait time estimation so I could decide if I should head to a different Er and all she said is someone is in front of us so we just have to wait. No sense of empathy as well.

I’ve been to urgent care and regular doctor office that check in faster than this “emergency” care.

Just went in, haven't slept in 3 days, cold/flu symptoms. In a lot of pain, and was told to just go home and take some ibuprofen. They didn't even really look at my issue... Still can't swallow, and I am sure I will be in pain for days now because of their lack of professionalism. The worst support I have had in a long time, and I am diabetic and unable to eat properly. They also didn't care.
