I called Thao ahead since I was coming from out of town for a repair of the side mirror on our Lexus RX350. When I arrived he quickly came out to assess the vehicle and disassembled it right there in the parking space. In addition to the motorized portion not functioning correctly (would swing out 180 degrees), the housing and internal mounts were broken from previously. He offered to repair the motorized problem, and/or replace all the other broken parts. He had an exact matching mirror at his home, so he left to retrieve it and hurried right back. Installed it on the spot within about 20 mins, and cost was less than half of what a local repair shop had quoted me. Thank you Thao!
