I have this really old part I need to replace urgently and I was working with a gentleman in the store to help me locate what I needed. After getting more information; I called back the department whom did not answer. I was redirected to a woman who answered the call. She was cutting me off, giving me run around answers about why she could not help me, and then eventually told me she couldn’t understand what I was saying. When I asked her to just let me speak for one moment, she hung up on me!! I headed back to the store to just go see if the gentleman was in still on shift, the doors were locked! Why do you close at 4:30 but lock doors at 4:18? Gotta say, very disappointed.
