I called to get information. The lady on the phone was so Rude!! You would think for a \Small Company\ quoting the lady they would like to be helpful for customers seeking information. But guess...Not!! To say the least I will not investigate with them any farther...any recommendations of where else to go??
The woman that answered the phone was down right rude, she did not want to assist me with any of my questions she wanted to do as little work as possible. I asked about pricing and was told to go online, then after going online I called back with more questions and was told that everything is done online, that's not the customer service I want to hear when I specifically told her I had questions and wanted to talk to someone. I then was told she had no pricing to give, go online again. After explaining myself many times that I was trying to find something in my price range ( we are buying with CASH) own our own land and will be paying for everything CASH as we are debt free) she insisted she was unable to help me and was busy. Wow, I am pretty sure someone needs to remember that because of customers she has a job, I will never be back and I can not imagine what it would be like to have to deal with this place after buying something and need assistance when you can't even get prices!
