Was told by an employee that because I did not buy the stove from them I wasn't an actual customer and they would get to me when they took care of actual customers first. Harmony Hearth & Home has already proven to be a better option.

Would give this place zero stars if I could. TERRIBLE customer service. The owner is overwhelmingly rude and unprofessional. We have given them many chances to turn it around, even after purchasing from them, and its never happened. Don't waste your time or money here. Go to Cheyenne or Colorado.
