I waited 5 months to hear ‘we can’t fix it’ on biasing a mono bloc OTL amplifier. This after 3 emails and 5 calls. That’s my experience - take it for what it’s worth. There are other more qualified repair shops in San Jose I’ve used before. Sure the turnaround is a couple of month but wow. Appalling customer service and a total waste of time
