How many people need to complain about the same representative before they’re fired? Deb used a patronizing tone of voice with customers as if she were annoyed with people being there. Shouldn’t be in the customer service business. There’s only one person working so there’s a line waiting outside. Horrible customer service especially considering how much money people spend.

Deb should not be in customer service. Rude. Terrible service when speaking with her to resolve my bill. Not professional. I will be dropping Comcast for everything I pay for besides internet only because I have no other choice . Good luck to anyone dealing with Deb here .

Deb missed her calling in life and it surely isn’t customer service! Awful attitude, awful service, awful representation of Comcast. Negative star review! Another reason why you lost yet another customer again!

Very quick and convenient, easy for returning equipment or exchanging. Courteous staff. I personally think X Finity/Comcast has great service but is probably the most expensive cable service.

I recently updated my service and had to return a cable box that was no longer needed so I drove to Sandwich location to make this simple return. Unfortunately I received Deb as a representative and she made everything more complicated than it had to be. I've returned boxes in the past and it has been a very simple process but not with her. She proceeded to ask me if I was seasonal and I said no been living there full time for ten years. She told me my account was listed as seasonal and she had to change that. I told her I've never had a problem with service in the ten years I've been with Comcast and didn't understand why she was doing this. She couldn't accomplish what she had to do to "take me out of seasonal" so very nice gentleman that was working there with her came over and showed her what she had to do for what she was trying to accomplish. Then tells me that I would be losing internet for a couple days because of the change and that I should call Comcast and get credit for the time without it. So frustrating. So this morning wife and I woke up to no internet and she wasn't having it. She called and spoke with Rich in Plymouth office who was very helpful saying that returning a cable box is a very simple process and Deb did not have to mess with the account like she did. She made me uncomfortable asking me to repeat my address and social security number out loud in front of a line of people all the while. Rich had told my wife that Deb messing with things, she actually put us IN as seasonal. Ugh!!! Very thankful for Rich who had our internet turned back on within five minutes of the phone call. Thank you Rich! YOU get five stars. No stars for Deb as she provided terrible customer service.
