You are not allowed to speak to anyone without an open account, which I’m sure if I had it’s still designed not to connect you to a real person. Anyways, I called because I had a bill turned over to my credit report. I paid my final bill and turned in my equipment. So now I have to drive 25 minutes away to go into store because there phone number is set up so you can’t connect to a real person.

Nice looking location open Sundays at 12 .Mrs.Gloria was nice .Parking lot was packed..shortpump thing. Going back to her to get my alarm system. Good value for money .
