Wow, walked in to exchange my gate for a better model. Talk about quick & easy. No wait. I was in & out in about 2 minutes. The service rep was extremely knowledgeable and fast! Great attitude and seems he actually enjoyed his job. Keep up the stellar service Xfinity!

The worst customer service at all . Made me cancel the account because my mother was the main account holder so I could not pick up the modem for her So they made me open the account into my name and told me I have to cancel again in 30 days to put my mother back into the account. The managerJoyce doesn't know anything about customer service
I've been a customer for 4 years and it's just recently that I started paying attention to my bill. I prefer their non-promotional plan; so I know that my bill will be the exact price every month (regardless of whether it's now or 2 years down the line). I also just recently returned their modem/router after getting my own equipment. The price I have been paying to rent for the last 4 years is more than the price I would've paid had I gotten my own modem/router in the beginning. Excellent and quick in-person service although I rarely ever stop by the physical store.
I was tethering at the border of 3 or 4 stars on this one. Here is why. I went in at a busy time and there were 3 people ahead of me. The staff took my name down and asked me to wait. I did. After me, 6 more people came in. Same process and all. Here is where I think it can be better: 1. 3 customers that came after me were helped before me. Mind you, when it was my turn, I was done within 5 mins while the 3 who were helped before me were still doing something or the other. 2. There is no direction on who needs to go where. You go to one counter and they send you to another and so on. I think if the store had a more streamlined way to manage walking customers, it would really help their workflow.
Marco was wonderful about tending to my needs, giving me the items I needed while also saving me 30/month and increasing my internet speed!! He explained everything fully and showed me what I needed to do when I got home to hook up the new equipment. A wonderful experience!
I had placed an order over the phone for upgrade equipment. I did not have to wait very long in the process was pretty simple, however they did not include a self install kit. Once I received the new modem, I also found out that there are no clear instructions to get it connected to your wi-Fi. Technical assistance from Xfinity was outstanding. But it would have helped tremendously if I would have received the self install kit with good instructions.
Outstanding professional service and courteous staff who take the time to explain service options.
