Waited outside wayyy too long for equipment and the instillation people still had to come out but the guy who came out was awesome he was super on time and fast and efficient.

The line I had to wait in outside in 100 degree weather just to drop off equipment for over an hour was ridiculous. A better way has to happen. I respect social distancing but that was very uncomfortable. Once inside and being helped was quick.

Had to wait way to long outside and the associate did not give me the correct information. Had to have a technician come out to do the associates job.

1. There is no direct phone number for this store! 2. There is no way to cancel an appointment, since there is no phone number for this store, not a way to do it online. 3. Despite the Xfinity equipment return web page that says the store will give a receipt, they refused to give me any receipt when returning the equipment. Rushed and rude is how the service is best described. For equipment returns, it's better to use UPS; at least you get a tracking number.

This is the WORST SERVICE ever. I have called to discuss an error in my billing, waited almost 30 minutes only to be disconnected. Every time I have called this happens, even after I ask agent too PLEASE CALL ME BACK if disconnected. I was overbilled, talked to an agent, thought the whole issue was resolved only to find out NOTHING WAS DONE AT ALL! Your company is a monopoly taking advantage of all who need internet/TV. I am looking to find another source of Internet, so I can drop you all!
