Absolutely phenomenal service here. I visited twice over the weekend, once to make some changes to my internet service and another to sign up for mobile phone service. I had the same customer service agent both times. Her name was Beulah, and she was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about products and services, billing, as well as inventory and stock. She answered all the questions I had. Count me one happy customer!

I’ve had great experiences at this location. The staff is very kind but they will try to upsale you on all the things. Make sure to schedule an appointment online to save from long wait times. They are very efficient if you plan ahead.

Internet goes out literally everyday, on more than one occasion. I pay a lot of money, monthly. I'm basically paying for daily interruptions. I've cut it off and I'm never using this service again. I'd rather use my phone hotspot.
