I was impressed!! Of course, I anticipated a line to be there to pick my equipment up for the Apartment I'm moving into. WHAT??? Where am I ??? NO LINE !!! After a moment, I was greeted, asked a couple of questions and told it would be about 10 minutes and to have a seat. I chose to go next door to the Corner Bakery, get a Cappuccino, go back to the store and relax. My name was called, I was greeted by Izzy. He was professional, courteous and expedient. I was out of there, with my goodies, in less than10 minutes. BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT AN XFINITY STORE.

So far I’m happy with Xfinity got tv and internet for good price and it has been good service and no problems they kinda make you use there equipment but it wasn’t to much so that’s ok.

I understand things are different however we must all learn ti adapt. Waited over 45 minutes. 8 more customers behind me, I felt rushed and left confused. Maybe start to schedule by appointment only???
